modern apps are getting better and better at looking convicingly complete, without human attention entropy will always find a way to leak creating unpredictable risks for those who interact with such systems: what establish a reliable solution is a harder question. a system can match the spec and yet miss the point, and a passing tests might only cover finite amount of failure points

i'm stiving to manage the slop problem by encapsulating entropy with typed languages preferring functional paradigm, deterministic state machines, and constant suspicion of anything that explains itself better than executes.

i'd like humans to spend more time being human and less time working as the communications protocol between things that already run on electricity.
