i'm interested in what people and machines can do together.

fourteen years of web apps, decentralized systems, and financial infrastructure. lately it's language runtimes, shared state, ai agents, and payment protocols, the part of software where a misunderstanding has a price.

software has gotten very good at looking finished. what it establishes is a harder question. a system can meet its spec and still miss the point, and a green test only answers whatever question someone remembered to ask.

i fight slop with types and executable models, plus a standing suspicion of anything that explains itself better than it behaves.

i'd like humans to spend more time being human and less time working as the communications protocol between things that already run on electricity.
